Assistant Food & Beverage Director

Denver native, attended the University of Colorado at Boulder where he studied Marketing with a minor in Resort Tourism, and began developing his love of hospitality. Early in his career William worked as the General Manager of Cost Plus World Market where he gained a strong palette and love for wine. He later went on to become the Food and Beverage Corporate Training Manager at AMF Bowling.

His experience in Atlanta has been as the Director of Special Events for three years at the Dolce Group (Dolce, Geisha House, Ten Pin Alley) followed by one year as the Assistant General Manager of Livingston Restaurant + Bar. At Livingston, William has been able to oversee the development of a notable beverage program, further growing his passion for wine and appreciation for the art behind cocktail craft. During this role he oversaw the unique Barrel Aged Cocktail program which introduced aging and taste testing techniques to the creation of signature cocktails at Livingston and Proof and Provision.
